Leading switchover

Government Switchover Group

The Government Switchover Group meets quarterly and is chaired by the Government Switchover Programme Coordinator.

Its membership includes representatives from the Home Office, Ministry of Defence and the devolved administrations.

The group supports the delivery of switchover in public sector properties across the UK by:

• Reviewing progress on implementing switchover in the health, education, defence and prison sectors
• Ensuring that the departments and devolved administrations who oversee these sectors are kept informed of significant developments with the switchover programme
• Reviewing risk log focussed on possible impacts from public sector switchover on the overall programme
• Enabling departments and devolved administrations to share experiences
