Leading switchover

Switchover Steering Group

The Switchover Steering Group sits above the Switchover Programme Group and typically meets four times a year, chaired by ministers and involving senior executives from Ofcom and Digital UK. It has a high-level governance and assurance role, reviewing progress across the programme and taking decisions to resolve significant issues (i.e. those that cannot be resolved at the Switchover Programme Group or would have a major impact on the programme). It will also be convened where a high-level decision is needed before the next scheduled meeting (e.g. in the event of a ‘crisis’).
