The corrected OJEU Notice published 24th January 2007 corrects certain errors contained in the notice issued on 23rd January 2007 relating to the Digital Switchover Help Scheme contract(s). Please be aware that there are changes to the:

(i) Contracting authority (Yet to be decided)
(ii) Value of contract (It is anticipated that the net value of the contract is between GBP400m and GBP500m)
(iii) Procedure to be adopted (Competitive dialogue rather than Restricted)

PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire)

Due to the publication of the revised OJEU Notice, the return date for the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire responses is now 28th February 2007
