The Border TV Region and Readiness for the Digital Switchover

This is a report of a survey that gave a snapshot of the progress that public and private sector institutions in the Border TV region had made towards switchover, focussing on those that were still using analogue TV. The report was prepared for the Department for Trade and Industry by Ipsos MORI.
